PAC AGM details announced for May 9

The next PAC committee will be unveiled for the first time at the club's AGM on Saturday, May 9.

PAC chairman Colin Goodge said members were welcome to attend to give the outgoing committee, which has run the club since 2006, a send-off, and to welcome and give their suggestions to the new committee who will be taking over the reins for the next three years.

The meeting is being held at the Holiday Inn, Bostock's Lane, Sandiacre NG10 5NJ - this is off Junct 25 of the M1, between Nottingham and Derby.

Pikers meet in Nottingham for PAC AGM

Pikers meet in Nottingham next week for the Pike Anglers Club AGM.

They'll hear reports from committee members on different aspects of the club's work over an eventful year.

They'll also have the chance to question officers over their roles and the PAC's plans for the coming year and longer-term.

A full agenda has been posted on the PAC Forums tonight, along with more details on the meeting, which is open to all members.

The PAC AGM, otherwise known as the Working Dinner, takes place on Saturday, May 19.

The venue is the Holiday Inn off Junction 25 of the M1, at Nottingham.

PAC chairman Colin Goodge said he hoped LOs and ROs would attend the meeting, which has traditionally adopted the format of a working lunch.

"Feedback is important to the committee and their comments on the day regarding several ongoing issues is also vital," he said.
