Vigilante anglers target poachers

As the Environment Agency trumpets so-called crackdowns which have netted casual pleasure anglers without rod licences over the Bank Holiday weekend, a different picture emerges from South Wales.

Anglers there are mounting their own patrols, claiming the EA has done nothing to target poaching gangs.
